Where It All Started
I started Shark Boy Fish and Chips because I wanted to bring something different to the seafood scene. I grew up eating fried fish made fresh at home, with real ingredients and bold flavor. After years of cooking for friends and family, I knew it was time to share that same food with my community here in San Jose.
Built on Family and Fresh Food
Shark Boy started with a simple goal—serve real seafood made fresh, just like we do at home. We prep everything in-house with care and use fresh, local ingredients daily. Over time, the love for our food turned into a full restaurant. Now, we welcome families, students, tourists, and couples to enjoy dine-in, outdoor seating, pickup, or delivery in a laid-back, friendly space.
